You will find that our rates are competitive and often actually lower when you total all charges at other condos.

Our total rate is what is shown in the table below. This rate already includes all fees including the $75 cleaning fee. So the table shows you the TOTAL AMOUNT you would pay by renting directly with us. Usually we can get you in the condo by NOON and allow a checkout of 2:00PM or 3:00PM depending on booking dates.

If you are serious we offer significant discounts for early payment.

2008/2009 WINTER Weekends and Weeks
2 night weekend: $825 3 night weekend: $975 4 nights: $1075 5 nights: $1175 6 nights: $1275 7 nights: $1375 (1 weekend, mon to mon or fri to fri, etc.. NOT SAT to SAT!) Rate is FINAL COST including all cleaning fees and taxes, etc..... Add $100 for a stay that includes Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day.

2006: Supplemental heat: new electric baseboard heat in bedrooms, living room, and dining room. Each with individual thermostat.

If you want to compare rates, check out Big Boulder's web site for MIDLAKE VILLAGE. Our Condo is in the same same development. The condos are individually owned, but Big Boulder offers the owners a rental management program. I have chosen to rent directly to you and not use the rental program. I encourage you to go to their website and check them out. Note that their rates are all inclusive and include linens (sheets and towels) and cleaning (plus taxes you won't see until you call). We do not provide linens.

Martin Luther King	$1,000.00	These holiday are the rates for the night listed. You can add as many additional nights for $100 per night. This basically keeps someone from renting only NEW YEARS EVE and then I can't get a full week rental! Basically if you want the Holiday, you are paying for the week!

Cleaning is done before your stay and after your stay; however, we do expect that you remove all trash from the condo when you leave and wash all dishes that you have used. Remember this is not a hotel, it is our home.

Certain Holidays and special event weekends are higher, 3 night minimum required
$200 Security Deposit required.
NO pets.
NO Smoking inside the condo at all, including the balcony. You may smoke outside the front of the building.
Renters are required to be at least 21 years of age; proof of age will be required.

Monthly and seasonal, renter pays the electric bill (negotiable).

Bedspreads/pillows/blankets ARE included in rental. Sheets/pillowcases and towels ARE NOT included. Most guests bring their own, however, we can have a linen service company provide all linens and towels for $80. This includes 1 set of sheets/pillowcases for each bed and 1 bath/1 face/1 washcloth per guest. You would pick-up these items when you pick up your keys. You then return the dirty sheets and towels when you return the keys.
